In August 2017 I was awarded a third grant from the Pollock-Krasner Foundation for support of my work in painting, drawing and collage. I had been in New York about 3 years at the time of my first grant from them in 1991.  Another came 15 years later in 2006. I am thankful for this magnanimous support and recognition of my work and also gratefully acknowledge the Adolph & Esther Gottlieb Foundation for their past generosity of individual support grants in 2006, 2010 & 2013.

For this 2017-18 grant from Pollock-Krasner it took about a year for the application to process.  Examples of work from the recent 5 year span of 2012 to 2016 were selected by me to accentuate range in materials and media. These 10 pieces seen here comprised the visual portion of my submission. All work is untitled and each piece is unique.

Note that the pieces presented here are not shown to accurate scale with each other. The dimensions are listed in the descriptions below each piece, measurements in inches. Scroll down.
